Contract: Permanent, part time

Hours: 10 hrs per week, Monday - Friday

Kier Places are recruiting now for a Cleaner to join us at Taverham High School which forms part of our Norwich Schools contract.


Key Responsibilities:

As a Cleaner in this role, you will be required to fulfil cleaning duties within the school environment, making sure cleanliness and tidiness is maintained at all times. This will range from surfaces, floor areas and wastage disposal. You'll work in line to COSHH regulations and maintaining high personal hygiene levels. You'll also ensure any pest issues are reported directly to a supervisor or other senior staff member immediately.


What are we looking for?

As a Cleaner, you'll have previous cleaning experience, ideally within a school building, with a solid understanding of the health and safety at work legislation, in particular, operating the highest cleaning standards and operating safely at work. You'll be able to prioritise the high-risk areas of cleaning and coordinate tasks accordingly.
