Cleaner
Job Type: Permanent
Start Date: Immediately
Salary: £25,000 per year
We are working on behalf of the local council who are looking for a Cleaner to join their Property Services team. You will be responsible for the cleaning of empty "void" properties.
Daily responsibilities of a Cleaner are:
- Cleaning of site communal areas, void clearance and public walkways
- Dusting, wall washing, sweeping, mopping, cleaning toilets, showers, tubs, driveways, windows, and counters.
- Hoovering carpets, and any other dusty surfaces.
- Scrubbing and sanitising all relevant surfaces
- Handling all furniture and appliances carefully
- Assisting with void labourers clearing out furniture as and when required
- Using a PDA to accept jobs, plan a schedule and sign off works when completed for inspection.
Requirements of a Cleaner are:
- Full UK Driving Licence
Benefits for the Cleaner role:
- 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday
- Company work van and fuel card
The ideal candidate for this position must have previous experience in social housing, housing associations or domestic properties.
