Salary: £15,171.97
We are working on behalf of the local housing association who are looking for a Cleaner to join their Estate Service team.
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning of site communal areas, void clearance and public walkways
- Dusting, wall washing, sweeping, mopping, cleaning toilets, showers, tubs, driveways, windows, and counters.
- Hoovering carpets, and any other dusty surfaces.
- Scrubbing and sanitising all relevant surfaces
- Handling all furniture and appliances carefully
- Using a PDA to accept jobs, plan a schedule and sign off works when completed for inspection.
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence
