The Company:
A Cleaning Manager is required for a large nation-wide Facilities Management firm that woks throughout the UK. Our client is looking for an experienced and hardworking Cleaning Manager to work on a project based in Thurrock, RM19 that is accessible by overground and bus.
Cleaning Manager Role:
- Overseeing and assisting with the cleaning of the floors, communal areas, stairwells and washrooms (plus other ad hoc areas).
- Managing staff rotas, holiday requests, site audits and some HR duties.
- You will assist the team by working together to provide a fantastic onsite service.
- You will come into regular contact with customers/ the clients so it is important that you can assist them if needed and that you can communicate at all levels.
Requirements for the Cleaning Manager Role:
- Previous experience as a Cleaning Manager or Supervisor is essential.
- Experience in staffing, rotas, training and basic HR compliance.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- You will be able to work to deadlines and prioritise as well as being flexible with working hours and days.
- Excellent attention to detail required.
