Client Accounts Clerk - Finchley Road (Hybrid) - £23,000 to £28,000 Dependant on Experience

My client, an established Estate Agent in Finchley Road, who specialise in supporting Japanese corporations with housing solutions in London, are currently seeking a Client Accounts Clerk to join their existing accounts team and assist with the processing of lettings client accounts.

After training is complete, there is the possibility of up to 3 work from home days per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Posting of rental income on a daily basis
  • Sales Ledger invoice posting
  • Registration and amendment of Tenants/Landlords/ Suppliers
  • Processing fees, invoices, payments
  • Processing tenancy deposits
  • Standing Order mandates
  • Producing statements for Tenants/ Landlords
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Handling credit control and debtor reports
  • Respond to internal and external enquiries

Experience Required:

  • Previous accounts experience within the property industry would be advantageous
  • Client accounting experience would be ideal!
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, Word
  • Good numeracy skills
  • Quick learner
  • Organised and strong telephone manner
  • Good time management
  • The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines


Salary: £23,000 to £28,000 Dependant on Experience
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (After training is complete, there is the possibility of up to 3 work from home days per week)
