Client Relations Coordinator Job in Buckinghamshire
Client Relations Coordinator job working for a regional housebuilder who operate in the Home Counties and the South East. Our client is looking to speak to candidates who have an administrative and customer services background. This role is offering a salary of up to £30,000.
Our client is a regional developer that build homes and communities in and around the Home Counties and the South East. They are now looking to add to the Client Relations department to help with administrative tasks related to customer services.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist with administrative duties related to customers
- Dealing with customer queries, via telephone and email
- Updating and generating reports on specific company systems
- Partake in Ad-Hoc duties that have been set by Line Manager
- Responsible for chasing outstanding tasks that will be carried out by subcontractors on developments.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience of using COINS and Procure
- Experience in a Customer facing role
- Property experience would be an advantage
- Full UK Driving License is essential.
