What You'll Do Every Day
Be part of our client's team as a Client Services Specialist, supporting traders and investors across the globe. You'll guide clients through account setup, platform use, and transactions, ensuring smooth experiences while building strong relationships that enhance retention and satisfaction.

What It Takes to Succeed
- 2-3 years' experience in client support within financial services (CFD/forex required)
- Strong knowledge of online trading platforms and retail financial products (CFDs, FX, commodities)
- Proficiency in CRM/support tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, or Freshdesk
- Excellent communication in English; fluency in other languages is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence
- Willingness to work shifting schedules, including holidays/weekends
- Ability to start immediately preferred
Where You'll Make an Impact
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via live chat, email, and phone
- Respond to inquiries about account setup, platform use, deposits/withdrawals, and trading activity
- Handle escalations, resolve complaints, and troubleshoot issues while ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational standards
- Capture and relay client feedback to internal teams, including Product, Risk, Marketing, and Compliance
- Collaborate with onboarding and payments teams to deliver a seamless client experience
- Build strong and lasting relationships with clients to support retention and satisfaction
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and internal policies
- Meet team KPIs, including response times, satisfaction ratings, and resolution accuracy
- Provide client support in one or more of the following languages:
- Required: English
- Preferred: French, Italian, Arabic, Spanish, Bahasa Indonesia/Malay, Thai, or Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)
