Job Description As a
Client Success Manager, you will manage landlord relationships, claims, and escrow processes while ensuring clear communication and issue resolution throughout the lease lifecycle. This role focuses on building trust, driving renewals, and delivering a reliable client experience in a fast-moving real estate environment.
Job Overview Employment type: Full-time
Shift: Night shift (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM EST), Weekends Off
Work setup: Hybrid - Megatower, Ortigas

The Qualifications We Seek
3-5 years of Client Success Management experience
Administrative experience
Proficiency in Outlook
Experience in proptech, real estate, or rental-related products is preferred
Background in Client Success Management is a plus
Familiarity with landlord/tenant law and leasing terms is preferred
Proficiency in MS Office
CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce) and strong Excel/Office skills
Your Daily Tasks
Serve as the primary point of contact for landlord-related claims, ensuring timely investigation, resolution, and communication
Manage escrow return processes for tenants, maintaining accuracy, transparency, and regulatory compliance
Maintain direct communication with landlords, handling inquiries, concerns, and disputes with a high degree of professionalism
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords to foster trust and ensure a high percentage of lease and guarantor product renewals
Proactively engage landlords throughout the lease cycle to anticipate concerns, gather feedback, and encourage ongoing partnership
Escalate unresolved or sensitive issues to the Operations Manager as necessary
Collaborate closely with the Support Manager to align on operational workflows and improve customer experience
Keep accurate and detailed records of all landlord and tenant interactions, claims, and outcomes in the CRM system
Identify trends, issues, or process gaps in landlord or tenant experience and suggest actionable improvements
Educate both tenants and landlords on the lease guarantor product's features, benefits, and procedures
