Role responsibilities
*To train, support and assess students on workplace programmes to deliver high quality outcomes.
*To plan and prepare appropriate training documentation to support direct and online deliveryleading to timely completion of Apprenticeship frameworks and standards.
*Produce individual training/learning and assessment plans
* Induct and support candidates in achieving their qualifications /apprenticeships , in line with awarding body/sector skills assessment practices, within agreed timescales.
The person & qualifications
*Must hold an Assessor Award (D32/33 or A1 or TAQA)
*Must hold a professional qualification (e.g. Registered Nurse, Dip.SW) or minimum Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification in care.
*Must hold a formal teaching qualification or be willing to work towards one.
*Experience of assessing qualifications in the workplace e.g. NVQs.
*Must have a valid DBS issued within 12 months or on the Update Service
