Position: Service Coordinator

Location: Dublin West

Salary: Neg DOE

The Job: We are looking for a Service Coordinator, for a rapidly expanding Security Engineering Company

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently Plan and Schedule the Installation Calendar for Customer Project delivery.
  • Liaise with our suppliers re materials required for Schedule fulfilment, working with production and finance teams to ensure stock availability, where applicable.
  • Liaise with Operations Manager re Manpower allocation of Installers to ensure Calendar commitments fulfilled.
  • Conduct price checks for crucial stages in our workflow.
  • Ensure all customer queries and issues are dealt with in a timely manner.
  • Manage all milestones with all stakeholders being informed.
  • other ad hoc duties
  • Produce reports on efficiency, wastage and other management reports as required.

Requirements:

  • Ideally come from a Service background
  • The ability to work within a team and individually.
  • Experience of Planning & Organising /Project Management.
  • Solutions Focused.
  • Excellent attention to detail is essential for this role.
  • Take ownership for all tasks, ensuring completion to the highest Global Quality Standard.
  • Strong Communication Skills to all Stakeholders.
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) experience is required.
  • Effective time management to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good time management skills
  • Team player
  • Must be passionate about providing excellent customer service
