We're looking for a Commercial Administrator to join our team in St Austell.

Location: St Austell- partial home working available

Contract: Permanent, full time - part time/ flexible hours available if desired, just let us know and we'll do our best to support you

Responsibilities

Kier Utilities brings the built environment to life, keeping people and businesses connected.

In this role, you will be working on our National Grid Electricity Distribution (NGED) contract, where we work on maintaining the client electricity distribution network across the chosen area.

As Commercial Administrator, you will be joining an existing ream responsible for the logging of jobs/ task orders raised and ensure the final invoicing of completed jobs to the Client as they come from site.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Reporting, logging and monitoring of Streetworks information required
  • Checking paperwork in relation to any subcontractors completed against applications for payment as well as assisting in the weekly payroll submissions for direct employees across the contract
  • Maintaining effective work systems, ensuring all correspondence and documentation is dealt with in a professional and timely manner to meet requirements

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and work with the team. You will be highly organised, self-confident and motivated and hold experience of commercial or customer service within an office environment.
