We're looking for a Commercial Administrator to join our Yorkshire Water team based within commutable distance to sites in Leeds. Within this role, you can enjoy exposure to exciting projects within your community and great progression opportunities.


Location: West Yorkshire - remote working, with occasional travel to sites within Leeds.

Contract: Full Time, Permanent - flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know.

Responsibilities

As a Commercial Administrator, you'll be working within the Yorkshire Water team, supporting our Quantity and Assistant Quantity Surveyors in delivering essential projects within the Water network.

Your day to day will include:


  • Helping to raise and deal with queries relating to invoices and goods received notes.
  • Assisting with labour and staff time sheets and cost allocations, and inputting data into our causeway project accounting system
  • Running and reviewing cost reports and supporting in processing sub-contractor payments
  • And much more!
Who are we looking for?

This role of Commercial Administrator is great for you if you:


  • Have experience in providing administrative and financial support within a utilities or construction based environment
  • Good attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
