Commercial Administrator

Location: Glasgow

Job Role:

Carry out key office administration processes from inputting into bespoke systems both internal and external, validating wages, coordinating with all levels of management, collation and preparation of reports, filing etc. all in a timely and accurate manner as per the requirements of various clients and in accordance with Kier Utilities internal audit specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fulfil administrative support for the Back Office Team.
  • Collate and validate timesheets for weekly operatives using bespoke systems.
  • Preparation of weekly paid operatives wages for input into CPA system
  • Any other reasonable activities, tasks or duties as may be required to meet the ongoing or changing needs of the business.

  • Key Tasks and Qualifications:
  • Computer literate Microsoft applications Excel and Word.
  • Diligent and thorough in review and entry of data onto IT systems.
  • Self-motivated with good organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Be able to demonstrate a professional approach and work on own initiative
  • Able to adapt to working bespoke IT systems.
