Location: Belfast (Hybrid Working is available with this position)

Salary: Up to £22k doe, plus 6th Monthly Bonus
Responsibilities
Reporting into the Senior Quantity Surveyor you will provide a professional an efficient service for the commercial department controlling the purchase ledger process, from purchase orders, processing delivery tickets to the reconciliation of supplier invoices.
As Commercial Assistant your day to day will include:
· Processing delivery tickets
· Ordering materials
· Completing purchase requisition's
· Completing requests for new accounts
· Resolving invoice queries
· Coding support plant and entering on computerised costing system
· Other general administrative duties required
This role of Commercial Assistant is great for you if you have the experience below
· Experience with data input and administration
· Relevant experience in a purchase ledger role
· Good IT Skills in Excel/Word and Outlook
