Key Responsibilities
As Commercial Assistant, you will be working within an existing team responsible for the logging of jobs/ task orders raised and the final invoicing of completed job packs to the Client as they come back from site. Reporting, logging and monitoring of Streetworks information required, checking paperwork has been received in relation to any subcontractors completed jobs against applications for payment along with being involved in the weekly payroll submissions for direct employees across the contracts.
You will also be maintaining effective work systems, ensuring that all correspondence and documentation is dealt with in a professional and timely manner to meet requirements. In addition, you will be responding to all other enquiries from Site or other members of the Commercial Team in the office, on the phone and via email in a professional manner.
