We're looking for a Commercial Assistant to join our Western Power Distribution team (WPD). Within this role you can enjoy flexible hours, remote working, progression opportunities and even more!

Location: Lutterworth- agile working available

Contract: Permanent, part time 24 hours per week

Responsibilities

Kier Utilities brings the built environment to life, keeping people and businesses connected.

In this role, you will be working on our Western Power Distribution contract, where we work on maintaining, repairing, and upgrading the electricity distribution network.

As Commercial Assistant you will be working within an existing commercial team responsible for the logging of jobs/ task orders raised and the final invoicing of completed job packs to Client as they come back from site.

Your day to day will include:


  • Reporting, logging and monitoring of Streetworks information required
  • Checking paperwork has been received in relation to any subcontractors completed jobs against application for payment
  • Assist in the weekly payroll submissions for direct employees across the contract
