Job Title: Commercial Finance Analyst
Location: Dublin
Salary: €50k to €60k Doe
We are looking to recruit a Commercial Finance Analyst to join our Clients team on a permanent basis. Our Client is a leading Hardware Company based in Dublin 12. The role will report into the Group Finance Director.
This role
- You will be working as part of a Local Finance team supporting activities across their local operations in Ireland.
- Complete Financial Analysis for departments, liaising directly with department heads.
- Provide high quality data and analysis across budget performance, sales performance, margin and investment.
- Support the annual budget process.
- Work with the purchasing managers to optimise stock levels across the group.
- You will add commercial value by identifying trends, challenges & opportunities and by signalling issues that need rectifying.
- Drive continual process improvements leveraging best practices, standardization, and automation to scale the business.
- Enhancing the effectiveness of the finance function through increased digitisation including the use of data analytics
- Build partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with all senior managers and their teams
Ideal Candidate:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with a minimum of one year post qualified experience
- Stock management experience
- Understanding of construction industry
- A strong communicator and team player
- Understanding of SAGE ERP system
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills are required
- Has confidence to challenge managers and can provide leadership when introducing new ways of working
- Team player who is flexible and adaptable in their approach to suit the audience
