Job Title: Commercial Manager
Location: Nottinghamshire

Are you an experienced Commercial Manager with a Quantity Surveying background who would relish working at the forefront of modern construction systems? A demanding role, taking the lead on all commercial and contractual matters within your projects, supported by a first-rate commercial team of Quantity Surveyors and Estimators.

Offsite Construction Systems, particularly Modular, have surged into the mainstream. Rapidly becoming the specification of choice across education, student accommodation and hospitality sectors. This rise in popularity has seen manufacturers grow from specialist sub-contractor suppliers into fully fledged principal contactors, delivering turn key schemes with their innovative building systems at the heart of the project.

This progress has led to an evolution in their commercial approach, as such we would like to speak to Commercial Managers with a strong history of principal contracting, particularly within JCT and NEC contract forms.
