Kier Infrastructure - Regional Civils are currently recruiting for a Commercial Manager to be the commercial lead for all work undertaken in the South West through the Collaborative Delivery Framework (CDF) for the Environment Agency, Internal Drainage Board, Risk Management Authorities and Local Authorities.

Job Responsibilities

In this exciting Commercial Manager role, you'll lead a team to deliver the commercial objectives of the project from pre-contract phase through to project execution. You'll play an active role in overseeing the supply chain strategy and development of key suppliers. You'll also be responsible for implementing the creation of cost value reconciliation reports, cash flow reports, subcontract liability reports, adjustment schedules and risk schedules. You'll maximise cash flow through the control, measurement and valuation of work and implement the area's budgeted revenue and gross profit by maximising gross margin.

What do we need from you?

A commercially focused individual and operated within a Civil Engineering background. You'll have a solid understanding of operating within long-term delivery frameworks and public sector client experience. You'll be qualified to at least a HNC/HND standard in an Engineering discipline and a member of RICS/CICES or actively working towards your chartership.
