We are Kier, one of the UK's leading Construction and Infrastructure services, working on projects such as Hinkley Point C and Mogden Sewage Treatment Works. We are now recruiting for a Commercial Manager to join our Infrastructure team to work on our Sofia Windfarm Project.

Key Responsibilities

In this exciting Commercial manager role, you'll manage the commercial resources in the Project to maximise the planned margins on projects through placement and control of contracts and subcontracts. You'll be responsible for monthly cost value reconciliation reports, cash flow reports, subcontract liability reports and a schedule of adjustments and risk schedules. In addition, you'll assess, review and mitigate commercial and contractual risks and implement group policies for risk management and oversee the supply chain delivery alongside the Project Director.

What do we need from you?

You'll have demonstrable experience in a Commercial role. Ideally, you'll have previous experience of working on remeasurement contracts. In addition, you'll have proven track of work winning success and strong communication, organisational and time management skills.
