Responsibilities
As a Commercial Manager, you'll be working within the Sofia team, supporting and managing the smooth operation of our Sofia Windfarm Project.
Your day to day will include:
- You'll manage the commercial resources in the Project to maximise the planned margins on projects through placement and control of contracts and subcontracts.
- You'll be responsible for monthly cost value reconciliation reports, cash flow reports, subcontract liability reports and a schedule of adjustments and risk schedules.
- You'll assess, review and mitigate commercial and contractual risks and implement group policies for risk management and oversee the supply chain delivery alongside the Project Director.
This role of Commercial Manager is great for you if:
- You'll have demonstrable experience in a Commercial role.
- You'll have previous experience of working on re-measurement contracts.
- You'll have proven track of work winning success and strong communication, organisational and time management skills.
