We're looking for a Commerical Manager to join our Portaloo commercial team. The ideal candidate will be results driven individual with a passion for coaching and developing teams. A strong desire to deliver excellent customer service and role model our Company values will also be key. Managing four Area Sales Managers across our Southeast and Southwest regions, this role will be responsible for developing and promoting the Company's hire business, to include our full range of products and services and ensuring the Division's Customer Charter is followed. The role is target driven with a key focus on order winning activity. Role Details
  • Salary: £44,000 - £48,000
  • Role based: St Albans, AL2 2DZ or Hayes, UB3 1DY
  • Contract type: Permanent
  • Annual leave: 25 plus bank holidays
Role Responsibilities * Accountable for the delivery of targets for the year including opportunities, face to face customer visits, order numbers and contract value as well as other commercial KPI's. * Provide coaching, mentoring and motivation to drive direct reports towards the achievement of their targets, objectives and KPIs ensuring performance is maximised at all times * Aiding Area Hire Managers with accompanied visits, customer presentations and order negotiations to support opportunity to order conversion * Responsible for working with internal and external customers to ensure credit control queries are resolved and customers are paying on time, in line with company guidelines and procedures.
