Within Daniel Owen, we are currently recruiting for commercial plumber for a Tier 1 Facilities Management company.
You must have driving license for this role as it is Mobile with Camden.
Your daily task will be :-
- Water Hygiene Checks
- Plumbing Repairs
- Maintenance of TMV's
- Installation, alteration, upkeep, and repair of plumbing systems and fixtures to guarantee their effective operation. This will also include performing duties to inspect work sites and determine the type and amount of material/equipment required for plumbing work.
- Perform installations, servicing, preventative planned maintenance (PPM), and reactive maintenance as required.
Monday to Friday - 36 hour working week
7am to 3:15pm - Overtime is there.
