Communal Heating Engineer - Southwark Permanent | £40,000-£45,000 (DOE) | Van & Fuel Card Provided
We're looking for an experienced Communal Heating Engineer to join our client in Southwark on a permanent basis.
You'll be responsible for carrying out maintenance and repairs on communal heating systems within residential properties. The work will include diagnosing and fixing heating and hot water issues, addressing leaks, replacing radiators and cylinders, and isolating properties to complete necessary works.
What we're looking for:
Minimum Level 2 Plumbing qualification (essential)
Experience working on communal or district heating systems
Strong fault-finding and repair skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Full UK driving licence
What's on offer:
Salary: £40,000-£45,000, depending on experience
Company van and fuel card provided
