Protocol are currently recruiting for a Computer Science Lecturer to join a long standing modern forward-thinking University Group within the Midland area. We are seeking a dynamic and successful Computer Science Lecturer who currently has excellent industry experience alongside a quality teaching practice that is relevant within the Establishments current Computer Science program.
Job Title: Computer Science Lecturer
Hours: Full Time
Salary: £35,000-£50,000 dependent on experience
Roles and Responsibilities:
*A successful applicant will contribute to the strength of the current Computing and Technology Department.
*You must have a record of success in the field linked to scholarships, professional practice, and advanced research you have undertaken, this will be used for Continued Professional Development while within the role.
*You must be able to teach both postgraduate and undergraduate students on a plethora of courses within the department and be successful when achieving this.
*You will be inspired as an educator and focus on student development with engagement and interaction to help improve the students experience.
About the Person and the Qualifications required:
*You will have a PHD or equivalent in a similar field to Computer Science.
*This will be matched with a strong research and teaching track record or proven potential to deliver research within the field at postgraduate and undergraduate levels.
*You will be fully competent with the IT and curriculum and will be able to undertake this successfully.
