JOB DESCRIPTION:

Compartmentation Surveyors required for a large nationwide construction company that specialises in fire protection projects. Our client is looking for experienced and hardworking surveyor to join a project based in Birmingham.

This Surveyor contract will be ongoing, with hours being 7:30am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday and the potential option to work overtime at the weekends.

Daily responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing conditions of fire resisting construction including:
    • Roof voids
    • Floors
    • Walls
    • Basements
    • Fire doors
    • Floor and ceiling voids
  • Any other works as directed by the site team

Requirements for the role

  • Asbestos Awareness
  • Background within compartmentation surveying
