Net Temps are looking for Factory Operatives to start at a Cast Stone Factory based in Scunthorpe. The factory produces stone cast and concrete products for residential, commercial and landscaping industries.

Job Description:

  • General labouring
  • Pouring concrete
  • Working with concrete moulds
  • Keeping factory area clean

Person specification:

  • Effective communicator and good team player
  • Lift/carry/bend as part of a regular routine
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse workforce
  • Take and act on instruction, especially that associated with Health & Safety
  • Must be flexible and capable of performing differing tasks in a safe, responsible manner
  • Must be willing to train in other areas
  • Desirable if you come from a labouring or concrete background
  • Reliable and will turn into work everyday
  • Own transport

Hours of Work:

The successful person would be required to work Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5pm (includes 3 breaks per shift).

Saturday work is also available, first 4 hours paid at time and half, any hours worked after is double time.

Rate of Pay:

Hourly rate is £8.91 basic per hour (+£1.08) holiday pay per hour). Overtime paid at time and half after 39 hours
