Net Temps are working in partnership with one of the most established precast manufacturing businesses in the UK.

To deliver this project our client will be making a major expansion and investment in their production facility and in building an entire new workforce.

This creates fantastic long-term career opportunities for experienced concrete general operatives/precast concrete casters/crane operators/mixer truck driverslooking for an exciting new challenge delivering high specification concrete sections to a prestigious project improving UK infrastructure.

Role & Responsibilities

Work with production team to deliver precast concrete targets on high spec product
Emphasis on quality of product and minimal waste and maximum health and safety
Ability to take ownership of the role and someone seeking long term career opportunity.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Good precast concrete experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team player
  • Ability to organise own workload and prioritise tasks in line with production targets and health and safety
  • Excellent time keeping, attendance and flexibility with a positive attitude
  • Shift Time/Pay Rate:

ROTATIONAL (Days and Nights)

  • Mon - Friday 6.30am-4.45pm £10.51ph plus holiday pay (£11.78)
  • Mon - Thurs 6.00pm-6.00am £13.99ph plus holiday pay (£15.67)

JUST DAYS

  • You will need to be available for the staggered shifts between 5am - 8pm (£10.92ph)

This is a fantastic opportunity for general operatives/ labourers looking to learn a new trade as they are prepared to give you full training. This is on going work which will turn into a permanent contract for the right candidates.
