What Does the Role Entail?
As a Tutor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality teaching within the secure setting of a prison. Your responsibilities will include coaching and tutoring individuals in Construction, plumbing and general studies. Utilising your industry knowledge, you'll create engaging and context-specific examples to foster a supportive learning environment. Collaborating with key stakeholders, you'll set goals and develop solutions for optimal results.
Skills and Qualifications:
You will have a passion for teaching and coaching, with a desire to give back to the community. With an ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment. You will take a creative approach to bringing Construction problems to life through engaging teaching methods. You will ideally have a strong organisational and reliable work ethic and be proficient in utilising IT skills for project completion.
