Construction Administrator job in Dallas, TX, with an architecture and design firm, focusing on hospitality and commercial projects in the region. Offering a salary of $80,000 - $86,000 plus benefits!

Having amassed a heritage spanning over four decades, the firm is widely recognized for its proficiency in managing commercial projects nationwide. Its portfolio covers a wide range of typologies, including hospitality, commercial interiors, multifamily residences, mixed-use developments, senior living communities, educational facilities, and retail spaces.

With a team of over 65 members spread across multiple locations, the firm is poised for expansion. Currently, they seek a Construction Administrator with at least 5 years of relevant CA experience, ideally in hospitality and/or commercial projects, to join their Dallas team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Review and feedback on proposals, contracts, and construction documents to ensure quality and constructability
  • Assist in defining project scope, fee estimates, and scheduling
  • Participate in design and production meetings; enforce quality control standards throughout project phases
  • Administer construction contracts, review change orders, and attend onsite meetings
  • Address project issues with design team and distribute necessary administrative documents
  • Oversee project close-out processes, including final inspections and documentations
  • Maintain compliance with firm policies and ensure regular communication with stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Degree in Architecture or similar, licensure and/or CSI-CCCA strongly preferred
  • 5+ years of experience (post-graduation)
  • Knowledge of Bluebeam, Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Deltek, Enscape, and SketchUp, is desirable.
