Position: Construction Administrator

Location: Cork City

Salary: €30k to €40k Doe

We at Elk Recruitment are seeking an Administrator with a Construction background for our Cork based client. Experience in an office environment serving the Construction or an associated industry would be a major advantage.

Requirements:

  • A good energetic personality with a positive attitude
  • Comfortable in a team environment
  • Experience of selling with a focus on quality and service
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • IT literate and comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experienced in using CRM systems to track and monitor projects
  • Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision
  • Results orientated, determined and enthusiastic

Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming calls with queries in respect of sales, quotations, deliveries, etc
  • Dealing with queries from Area Sales Managers (ASM's)
  • Inputting orders on the computer and generating picking lists, delivery dockets, etc
  • Outbound calls to customers to follow up on orders, back orders, deliveries, etc
  • Outbound calls to follow up on quotations, solicit enquiries
  • Organising Invoices and Statements for Franking and posting on a weekly/monthly basis
  • Scanning and filing picking lists, delivery dockets and proof of delivery documents
  • Providing support documentation to customers such as Test Certs, DOP, Certificate of Conformity, Proof of Delivery, etc
  • Order Stationery
