We are working with a Further Education College based in the North-West area of Greater Manchester to recruit for a full time, sessional Construction and Civil Engineering Lecturer to begin as soon as possible on an ongoing basis.
The college delivers a range of courses across five centres, from vocational qualifications, adult learning and apprenticeships to higher education. They are committed to delivering the very best experiences for learners and providing a stimulating and supportive environment for staff to perform to the best of their ability and pass their passion to the students.
Rated 'Good' by Ofsted, this is a perfect opportunity to work at a college who are aiming to achieve an 'Outstanding' grade.
Role Responsibilities
* Deliver a range of subjects at Level 4/5 in Construction/Civil Engineering HNC/D courses.
* Subjects include: Surveying (Land Surveying), Construction Maths, Structural Analysis, Construction Technology and Science & Materials
The person & qualifications
* Relevant teaching experience at Further Education level.
* Knowledge of Level 4 and 5 HNC and HND qualifications in Construction / Civil Engineering
* (Desirable) A recognised teaching qualification
* An enhanced DBS on the online update service (or willing to obtain)
* Reliable and available to start ASAP
