We are working with a fantastic college in the Essex area who are looking for a full time Construction & Built Environment Lecturer for an immediate start. This is a temporary ongoing cover whilst the college look to recruit permanently.

The college are looking to interview asap and are offering a day rate ranging between £155 - £165 plus holiday pay.

Role responsibilities
You will be responsible for delivering units that vary from level 3, 4 & 5 in construction and some technology units at level 3, 4 & 5 in civil engineering
Units will be technology and management based with some quantity/building surveying modules.

The person & qualifications
Candidates must have a teaching qualification
Recent industry experience
Be able to teach across the board in both curriculum areas of Construction Technology and Civil Engineering and be able to teach at level 3, 4 and 5.
Must also have a DBS on the update service or applied for.
