A private residential developer based in London is looking for a Construction Director to join and create an internal construction function.
The projects will be based in and around London and the home counties. The purpose of the Construction Director is to take responsibility for the successful delivery of complex development projects through defined milestones, from inception through to completion. The Construction Director will assist the Managing Director to manage the entire delivery function, internal and external teams, methodology and budgets.
The ideal person will come from an engineering background, will be comemrcially minded with a good network of contractors and suppliers they can pull on, and ideally will also be very knowledgeable of MMC.
