Daniel Owen North are currently working with a national main contractor to recruit a Construction/Site Manager for an 8 month contract in Leeds. The project is a new build industrial unit which has now reached the Fit Out stage for the Offices, Kitchens and driver waiting areas. The ideal candidate will have experience in the complete oversight of fit out projects, with Cat A, B and FFE works.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Management of sub contractors
  • Oversight of the build programme
  • Site Inductions
  • Client liaison
  • H&S
  • RAMS

You must have...

  • SMSTS
  • First Aid
  • CSCS
  • Experience managing full fit out projects
  • Valid UK Driving License
