The organization is seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager with extensive experience in data center projects to join its dynamic team and lead construction efforts from the client's perspective.

Position Summary: The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all construction activities related to data center projects on behalf of the client. This role serves as the primary point of contact for contractors and vendors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in data center infrastructure with strong construction management skills to drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the construction phase of multiple data center development projects from the client's perspective.

Coordinate closely with design teams, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality control to ensure compliance with client requirements and industry standards.

Identify, assess, and mitigate construction risks proactively.

Oversee contractor performance, including procurement, contract administration, and compliance with safety regulations.

Facilitate regular project meetings and report progress and issues to senior management and stakeholders.

Ensure construction activities comply with all applicable building codes, environmental regulations, and data center industry best practices.

Support commissioning activities and assist in resolving any construction-related issues during project closeout.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years' construction management experience with a focus on data center projects.

Proven track record managing large-scale, complex data center builds or similar critical infrastructure.

Strong knowledge of data center systems including power, cooling, fire protection, and structural requirements.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Proficient in project management software and tools.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company environment.
