Are you a Construction Project Manager, with data centre experience?
An award-winning fit out contractor is now looking for a committed Construction Project Manager help lead their new projects in the Data Centre sector.
Projects will be London, Hertfordshire and Oxfordshire.
The role of the Construction Project Manager.
The successful professional will be joining an award-winning Fit Out & interiors team who have big plans for growth in the future, which the Construction Project Manager being a key member of the delivery team.
You will be working on fast track and long length data centre schemes, ranging in value from £500K - £5M.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping to budgets and timelines
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients
* Coordinate with fellow site management colleagues, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
* Conduct site inspections and oversee all aspects of site management, including health and safety protocols.
* Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management and clients.
* Resolve any project-related issues or disputes promptly and effectively.
You will be supported by the construction director and be given the autonomy to work with the clients directly.
The requirements
- Clear evidence of Data Centre experience
- 5+ years in the Project Management world
- Contract handling of between £500K - £5M
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Looking for a permanent position
- Provide a hands-on approach.
- Excellent organisational & team management skills
- Good computer skills
