Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Are you a skilled and driven Construction Project Manager? Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage a variety of construction projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage construction projects ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
- Coordinate and liaise with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor project progress, quality standards, and provide regular reports.
- Manage project teams, allocate resources, and ensure efficient site operations.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
