Project Manager opportunity with one of the most well established Construction Consultancies in Birmingham. This is a privately owned, owner managed Construction Consultancy that can boast several decades of experience in professional practice. Over this time they have evolved into a highly dynamic multi-disciplinary construction consultancy offering both Quantity Surveying services as well as Project Management and Building Consultancy. They have developed and maintained an excellent client base with repeat business still a high factor in their workload.
As this has recently grown they are now looking for an Assistant / Project Manager to join their Birmingham office. Much of their current work is for a number of developers including several commercial and industrial schemes which include development led infrastructure, Section 278 works and remediation right through to the new build. We're looking for a recent graduate with at least 1-2 years experience as a Project Manager ideally from a client side / Consultancy background. Construction experience and qualifications are essential. You must also be able to drive and have access to a vehicle.
