Our client is a market leader in consulting services for the construction industry. They are looking for an Construction Safety Administrator to support their established safety team in Winchester. You will be supporting a team of Health & Safety professionals providing the above services to clients in the construction industry, including designers and contractors. Your role will involve Health and Safety administrative support to assist in the smooth running of the team.
Projects range in value from small work packages to large masterplan developments up to £500M+. The head of the team is a highly experienced health & safety professional who will be able to provide high quality mentorship which will help drive your career forward. This role would be suited for a document controller or construction administrator looking to take a step into Health & Safety.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting with the compiling, updating and issuing of documentation i.e. CDM Client duties, HSE, F10 notifications, pre-construction information, CDM risk registers, Health and Safety Files
- Supporting H&S and design appropriate Principal Designer duties
- A mix of office based work and site visits
- Managing a large number of tasks in order to maintain quality and meet required deadlines.
You must have experience in general H&S legislation and CDM 2015. NEBOSH general or other H&S related qualification would be desirable, but not essential. IT competent with good communication skills is imperative.
