I am currently searching for a Site Manager for a long-term Refurbishment project in Winchester, in their search for an experienced Site Manager for a new site commencing in early 2021.

Candidates will take full responsibility for driving all Site related activities concerning Programme, Quality, Health & Safety.

Other key duties will include:

    • Holder of a Full UK Driving Licence (No more that 6 points)
    • Previous Site Management experience on refurbishment projects
    • Proven track record in successfully managing a project
    • Literate and numerate with good IT Skills with a range of Microsoft office packages is essential
    • Understanding and usage of Microsoft Projects / Astra Projects including basic actions such as updating tasks and percentages complete
    • Ability to co-ordinate and liaise direct labour / labour gangs
    • Ability to be communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders
    • Self-motivated and ambitious
    • Able to work as part of a team and independently including setting and managing own tasks.

Candidates must demonstrate the following previous experience:

Skills / Qualifications:

    • CSCS Card
    • SMSTS
    • Asbestos Awareness
    • NVQ or equivalent in Site Management (desirable but not essential)
