McGinley are seeking a Construction Site Operative with experience in excavation, minor drainage, and groundwork to join our team. This is a hands-on role that requires precision, safety awareness, and teamwork to ensure high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out excavation work, ensuring safe digging practices around underground utilities.
Install minor drainage systems, including pipes and chambers.
Assist with groundworks and reinstatement, ensuring a high standard of finish.
Operate small plant and hand tools safely and effectively.
Work as part of a team to meet project deadlines while ensuring health and safety compliance.
Requirements:
CSCS Card (Essential)
Experience in excavation, drainage, and groundwork.
Strong awareness of health and safety regulations.
Full UK Driving Licence.
