We are looking for a focused and driven individual to join the Apprenticeship Team at a very exciting time for the college as they expand their provision in Construction Technical. The Apprenticeship in Town Planning is a fantastic career route and as new and exciting addition to their programme portfolio which is rapidly growing in popularity.

This position is part time - 22 hours per week - flexible.

The position is paying £17,161 0 £18,502 per annum.

Role responsibilities
As part of the Assessor role you will be required to Assess NVQ Level 3 in - Town Planning Technical Support, therefore vocational experience and knowledge of town planning is required, however the successful applicant doesn't necessarily have to be a town planner, you could be a qualified Quantity Surveyor / Civil Engineer a similar role with relevant and appropriate recent knowledge.


The person & qualifications
You will preferably be Assessor qualified and hold D32/D33, A1 or TAQA Level 3 in addition to D34, V1 OR TAQA Level 4.
Minimum Level 3 qualification in a relevant area
