Protocol are delighted to be working with a leading Construction Training Provider. They are looking for a qualified, quality industry professional to join their team as a Multi Skilled Construction Trainer Assessor in the East Midlands.
This is an exciting role to work in an environment where continued professional development is encouraged, and career progression is possible for the right candidate.
Role responsibilities
Assess learners according to established guidelines.
Act as personal tutor to a group of learners and co-ordinate tutorial support.
Provide accurate feedback on progress and outcomes to students.
Mentor and develop learners through quality teaching and support and guidance.
The person & qualifications
Teaching or assessing qualification
Industry experience within Painting and Decorating, Carpentry and Joinery, or Brickwork.
