We're looking for a Triage Contract Support Advisor to join our Ministry of Justice and home Office Contract Administration Team based in Basingstoke. Within this role, you can enjoy family friendly policies, access to both Cycle to Work and Green Car schemes and even more.

Contract: Permanent, full time - 40 hours per week.
Salary: £24,000
Responsibilities
As a Triage Advisor you will undertake support duties for the operational and office-based teams.
Your day to day will include:

Ensuring all work orders, are received with correct problem code, site location, contact details and a detailed description of works required, problem, any access issues etc. and take action to remedy any that require further information to allow timely assignment and completion of work required.

Regular conversations and checks in with Contract Managers and Client if required to correct, update, or amend work orders to ensure correctly reflect work required.

Providing a professional, efficient, and effective service delivery experience to both internal and external customers.

Achieving individual performance targets and support the team/department in achieving broader performance goals.
What are we looking for?
This role of Triage Advisor is great for you if:

Excellent telephone manner, with great verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

Demonstrable IT literacy with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & Outlook.

Demonstrable accurate data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.

Due to the nature of this contract, this role requires a Government Counter Terrorism Check (CTC) clearance, which takes place during your employment and can take 1-6 months to complete. These checks are conducted by the Cabinet Office's United Kingdom Security Vetting (UKSV) agency who set out a pre-requisite criteria including holding a valid passport, and the requirement of having lived in the United Kingdom for the last 5 years prior to your application (gaps of more than 4 weeks abroad at any one time may have an adverse effect of acceptance of the application or completion of the checks).
