I am looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager for a leading healthcare provider in the British market. Active in in over 80 countries who pride themselves on innovation and keeping up with the latest advances and developments in products and services. The business provides healthcare products and services that help protect vulnerable lives across the country.

Role expectations
The role of Continuous Improvement Manager will be integral in the drive to identify best practice and the most effective operational activity. It will engage key stakeholders and employees at all levels of the business in continuous improvement in driving the activity within the business. Within the role you will support the UK and Ireland business activities.
You will support the integration of the mindset of continuous improvement into all activities within the business. The ability to develop and deliver clear achievable objectives will be critical. To do this you will enjoy getting to understand the intrinsic details of our business activities.

Responsibilities include:
? Improve service quality through continuous improvement activities
? To identify and eliminate areas of waste from the organisation (efficiency delivery)
? To improve productivity across the organisation, realising efficiencies
? Championing C-IMP across the organisations
? Participating as a core member of the UK CI Leadership team and key support to drive and
implement the overall Continuous Improvement Strategy.
? Leading and facilitating the sites improvement programme.
? Coaching and developing teams to use lean methodology and thinking.
? Advocating value stream thinking and analysing value stream opportunities to drive
improvements.

Required Skills
? Experience within a Continuous Improvement role or ability to demonstrate experience of
delivery of CI activities.
? Ability to demonstrate leadership skills along with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
? Ability to coach, teach and mentor your colleagues
? Natural communicator with a strong sense of urgency
? Strong Facilitation skills change management experience and project management.
? Excellent Analytical, oral / written communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
? Strong Business and Financial Acumen
? Ability to Travel regularly within the UK and internationally when required.
