Contract & hours: Permanent, full or part time - we may be able to offer this role as either full time or part time and offer flexible hours - please specify in your application

Salary: £20,000 to £23,000 + a competitive rewards & benefits package


Kier Places are recruiting now for a Contract Administrator to join our Facilities Management team in Trowbridge, on our Wiltshire County Council Hard FM contract, to provide contract administration support to the Senior Project Manager, Resource Manager & Contract Manager.

Key Responsibilities

As a trusted & focused Contract Administrator, we will look to you to be responsible for raising, processing, preparing & compiling contractor procurement agreements (CPA's), project orders, mileage sheets, client quotations, operation & maintenance (O&M) manuals, Health & Safety folders for works, and client KPI & completion reports.

Working collaboratively, you'll also be responsible for updating and maintain Project & Budget trackers for reporting and forecasting; updating calibration records, and sub-contractor inductions & records; liaising with Finance on sub-contractor queries; and other general administration duties to assist the Contract & Project Managers.


What do we need from you?

The opportunity is yours for the taking, if you have - outstanding administration skills, attention to detail, communication & stakeholder relationship management skills, and good MS Office Outlook, Excel & SharePoint knowledge. It would be a bonus if you have project, contract, business support admin experience, or facilities management industry experience including CAFM systems knowledge such as Concept Evo.
