JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently supporting a highly respected cleaning company in their search for an experienced Contract Manager ideally with cleaning experience. This position will cover around 50-60 buildings and have a number of supervisors reporting into them. This is a hybrid role, site and home based.

This is a permanent role with good opportunities for future progression within the company.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing roughly 50+ buildings
  • Conduct site audits
  • Managing budgets and accounts
  • Regular updates and meetings with the client on site
  • Liaison with other departments
  • Regular liaison and site updates with line manager
  • Candidates must be able to demonstrate a previous and successful track record

This role is offering £30,000 - £32,000 + car + fuel card.
