Location: Westminster, London - flexible to visit main helpdesk office in Basingstoke for training and meetings
Contract: Full time - 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday - Fixed Term Contract for 9 months
Responsibilities
As a Contact Support Advisor you will support the operational and office-based teams working on our Ministry of Justice and Home Office contracts
Your day to day will include:
- Raising new work orders and allocating work orders for both reactive and PPM works
- Communicating with customers both internally and externally for the capture, recording and distribution of service calls onto the CAFAM system
- Allocating both work and downtime for Kier engineers and also liaising with subcontractors
- Daily reviews of work orders to ensure all works are correctly assigned to resources
- Other adhoc administrative duties, including mailbox management, raising and approvals of quotations and ensuring escalations are raised when required.

This role of Contact Support Advisor is great for you if:
- Have experience working within an administration/helpdesk environment
- Demonstratable IT literacy with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & Outlook
- Demonstratable accurate data entry skills with excellent attention to detail

Due to the nature of this contract, this role requires a Government Counter Terrorism Check (CTC) clearance, which takes place during your employment and can take 1-6 months to complete.
