Position: Contracts Manager

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum + car allowance + package

Contract Type: Permanent

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Contracts Manager to join the Nottingham team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to oversee and manage multiple projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple contracts, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact.
  • Oversee project progress, budgets, and workforce performance.
  • Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Inspire and manage site teams to achieve project goals.
  • Identify and resolve project challenges effectively.
  • Prepare reports for senior management on project performance.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in a Contracts Manager or similar role within the property services or construction sector.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Full UK driving license.
